BVI CANCELLATION POLICY 

CANCEL WITH NO REPLACEMENT

EVERYONE that requests a spot be held for them will be responsible for the entire cost of their charter.   In the event of a cancellation, AdvenTours will gladly help find replacements but the responsibility to find the replacement is that of the person canceling.   

CANCEL MORE THAN 90 DAYS BEFORE CHARTER

CANCEL WITH A REPLACEMENT – more than 90 days before charter
If a person canceling finds their OWN replacement (same sex, same number of days, and same time period), they will not be charged a fee UNLESS it is within 90 days of the charter.  

CANCEL WITH NO REPLACMENT – more than 90 days before charter
Anyone canceling without finding their own replacement between the time of the initial reservation until 90 days before the charter will incur a $100 replacement fee, if AdvenTours finds a replacement.

CANCEL WITHIN 90 DAYS OF CHARTER

BUT PRIOR TO CREW ASSIGNMENTS

CANCEL WITH REPLACEMENT – within 90 days of charter, prior to crew assignments
If a person canceling finds their OWN replacement (same sex, same number of days, and same time period) between 90 days before the charter until the Crews are assigned (usually about 60 days before the charter) will incur $200 replacement fee. 
 

CANCEL WITH NO REPLACEMENT – within 90 days of charter, prior to crew assignments
Anyone canceling without finding their own replacement between 90 days before the charter until the Crews are assigned (usually about 60 days before the charter) will incur a $300 replacement fee, if AdvenTours finds a replacement.  

CANCEL AFTER CREW ASSIGNMENTS

After the crews are assigned a $400 replacement fee will be charged for ANY cancellations, regardless of who finds the replacement.  After the crews are set any change is a MAJOR inconvenience and time is a premium.  If a replacement cannot be found the entire charter fee will be the responsibility of the person making the reservation.

In the event we have multiple cancellations at approximately the same time, the costs of any unfilled spots will be shared by those canceling without finding their own replacement.
